About Julie Zhuo
Zhuo is a computer scientist and businesswoman of Chinese-American background. She spent 14 years at Facebook, starting as its first intern and ending as vice president of product design. She later became a co-founder of Sundial, a company that helps organizations use data to reach decisions faster and with better results. Zhuo studied computer science at Stanford University. She has written about technology, design and leadership on her blog, and has contributed to the New York Times and Fast Company. Her book The Making of a Manager came out in 2019.
