About Kevin Oakes
Kevin Oakes co-founded the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) and leads it as CEO, setting its direction and overseeing operations. He speaks internationally and writes about human capital, organizational culture and talent development. Earlier in his career he founded Oakes Interactive, which Click2learn bought in 1997. He later became chairman and CEO of Click2learn, and in 2003 he helped create SumTotal Systems by merging Click2learn with Docent. He was president of SumTotal Systems. Oakes has also served on several company boards and advisory boards.
