About Kim Christfort
Kim Christfort has led Deloitte Greenhouse Experiences, a team that runs immersive sessions to help executive groups get past obstacles and find new opportunities. Her work centers on the human barriers, rather than technical ones, that hold companies back. She is the architect of Deloitte's Business Chemistry system, and she co-wrote a 2017 Harvard Business Review cover story about it before co-writing the book Business Chemistry.
