About Kim John Payne
Kim John Payne has worked as a school and family counselor, consultant and researcher, helping children, teenagers and adults. His work has covered sibling and classmate difficulties, attention and behavior issues, and emotional challenges such as defiance and low self-esteem. He wrote Simplicity Parenting, published in 2009. He has also written The Games Children Play and Beyond Winning. Payne directs the Simplicity Parenting Project and the Center for Social Sustainability.
