About Phillip Sandahl
Phillip Sandahl is a pioneer in team coaching and helped coaching grow internationally. He is a former senior faculty member at the Co-Active training organization CTI and co-founded Team Coaching International, where he is principal. Together with co-founder Alexis Phillips, he created the Team Diagnostic model of team effectiveness and four linked assessment tools. Hundreds of teams around the world have used these tools. The first Team Diagnostic assessment comes in eighteen languages, and trained, certified coach/facilitators are active in thirty-three countries. Sandahl is a co-author of Co-Active Coaching, written with Henry Kimsey-House and Karen Kimsey-House.
