About Ravin Jesuthasan
Ravin Jesuthasan works with large organizations on changing how work and the workforce are organized. He has led several research projects for the World Economic Forum and is a member of its Steering Committee on Work and Employment. He has written six books, including Work Without Jobs (MIT Press, 2022) and The Skills-Powered Organization. He has also written over 250 articles, 15 of them for Harvard Business Review and Sloan Management Review. Jesuthasan is a member of the faculty at Caltech and has been named among leading management thinkers by Thinkers 50. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
