About Robert J. Anderson
Robert J. Anderson, known as Bob, founded The Leadership Circle and the Full Circle Group, and chairs both. He has spent decades exploring how leadership connects with mastery, competence, consciousness, spirituality and business. He created the Leadership Circle Profile, a leadership assessment tool that organizations around the world use. He has worked with CEOs and leadership teams on their effectiveness, and has partnered with consultants and coaches on the skills of developing executives. He now devotes most of his working time to producing material that consultants and practitioners can use in their own work. Anderson studied economics at John Carroll University and earned a master's degree in Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University. He serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. In 2015 he co-wrote Mastering Leadership with William A. Adams. He lives near Toledo, Ohio, with his wife Kim.
