About Robert McLean
Robert McLean spent eight years leading McKinsey's practice in Australia and New Zealand, and he sat on the firm's global Director's Committee. He was also Dean of the Australian Graduate School of Management. He works as an investor and is a director of the Paul Ramsay Foundation. He studied at the University of New England in Australia and at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. With Charles Conn, he wrote Bulletproof Problem Solving, a book that sets out a seven-step approach to solving problems.
