About Roger L. Martin
Before his years as dean, Martin spent 13 years as a director at Monitor Company, a strategy consulting firm in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and was co-head of the firm for two years. He studied economics at Harvard College, graduating in 1979, and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1981. His research and writing cover integrative thinking, business design and strategy.
