S. Chris Edmonds founded The Purposeful Culture Group, a consulting firm he has run since 1990. He spent 24 years as a senior consultant with the Ken Blanchard Companies. He has also taught as an adjunct professor in the business school of the University of San Diego. Edmonds has written eight books, three of them best sellers, including The Culture Engine (2014). Away from work he is a musician and photographer.
