About Sandra Stanley
Sandra Stanley grew up in Georgia and studied at Georgia Tech, then earned a Masters from Dallas Theological Seminary. She and her husband, Andy, raised three children and now enjoy being grandparents. They founded North Point Ministries in 1995. Sandra has written two devotional books for women, Comparison Trap and Breathing Room, each with a companion video series. With Andy she co-wrote Parenting, and with her daughter, Allie Cooney, she wrote Meet Me in the Middle. Her ministry focus is encouraging foster care in the local church. The Stanleys were foster parents for 10 years and now support other foster families. She also continues to work with Fostering Together, a foster care program run by North Point Ministries.
