About Sarah Thurber
Sarah Thurber was born in Detroit, Michigan, in 1963. Her writing career turned toward creativity in 1994, when she met the creativity consultant Blair Miller, whom she later married. Together they produced two training guides: Creativity Unbound: An Introduction to Creative Process and Facilitation: A Door to Creative Leadership. She met the creativity author Dorte Nielsen at a 2010 conference in Italy. The two studied together at the International Center for Studies in Creativity and built a visual model of creative process, which the Creative Education Foundation later adopted. Their bestselling book The Secret of the Highly Creative Thinker ranked number four on an Inc. list of favorite books of high achievers. Thurber runs FourSight, a company that has reached more than 100,000 people around the world with creative thinking.
