About Scott Mautz
Scott Mautz spent his earlier career as a senior executive at Procter & Gamble, where he ran four of the company's largest businesses. He now speaks and trains internationally on leadership, team building, employee engagement, handling change and finding meaning at work. He has written several award-winning books, including Leading from the Middle, Find the Fire and Make It Matter.
