About Susan Bridges
Susan Bridges is president of William Bridges Associates. For thirty-five years she has advised leaders and executives whose organizations are going through major transitions. She works with executives, professionals and entrepreneurs on the human side of change. She updated and revised the 25th anniversary edition of Managing Transitions, released in 2017, adding fresh content, cases and examples. She also revised the 40th anniversary edition of William Bridges' Transitions: Making Sense of Life's Changes in 2019. She has co-written pieces on managing transitions, among them Leading Transition: A New Model for Change. Susan holds a BA in Speech and an MA in Communications from the University of Colorado. She has served as a Drucker Foundation Mentor and sat on the board of the Institute of Management Consultants. She lives in Marin County, California.
