About Susan Fowler
Susan Fowler founded Mojo Moments, an organization centered on motivation, and has led it as CEO. She has worked in business, sales, marketing and coaching, and has run leadership training in all fifty US states and more than forty other countries. Her clients have included Apple, Google, Pfizer and Merrill Lynch. The first edition of Why Motivating People Doesn't Work ... and What Does was a bestseller and was translated into fourteen languages. She also wrote Master Your Motivation as a companion book. Fowler led the development of the Self Leadership program at the Ken Blanchard Companies. With Ken Blanchard she coauthored Self Leadership and the One Minute Manager and Leading at a Higher Level. She received a Lifetime Achievement Award for instructional design from the North American Simulation and Gaming Association, and she is based in San Diego.
