About Sydney Finkelstein
Sydney Finkelstein holds the Steven Roth professorship in management at Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business, and he teaches leadership and strategy there. He directs the Center for Leadership and is faculty director of the Tuck Executive Program. He studied at Concordia University and the London School of Economics, and earned a PhD from Columbia University. Superbosses draws on about ten years of research into business leaders who helped develop the best talent in their industries. In 2007 Finkelstein became a Fellow of the Academy of Management, and he is listed on the Thinkers 50 ranking of management thinkers. He also writes for the BBC.
