About Timothy R. Clark
Timothy R. Clark founded LeaderFactor, a global consulting, coaching and training organization, and serves as its CEO. He advises and coaches senior leadership teams, with a focus on psychological safety, innovation and organizational change. Clark holds a doctorate in social science from the University of Oxford. He was also a Fulbright Scholar at Seoul National University in Korea, and he studied government and economics at master's level at the University of Utah. He wrote The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety. He has also written Epic Change: How to Lead Change in the Global Age and The Employee Engagement Mindset, and he developed the EQometer emotional intelligence assessment.
