About Whitney Johnson
Whitney Johnson leads Disruption Advisors, a tech-enabled talent development company, and advises executives on helping their people develop so the business can grow. She contributes often to the Harvard Business Review and hosts the Disrupt Yourself Podcast. Her books, including Disrupt Yourself, take disruption theory and apply it to individuals. Two of her frameworks are the S Curve of Learning, and also the Seven Accelerants of Personal Disruption. Thinkers50 has named her among leading management thinkers, in 2017 and again in 2021.
