About Ashley Goodall
Ashley Goodall has spent about two decades working in leadership and human resources, as a consultant, speaker, researcher, writer and Fortune 50 executive. He has served as Senior Vice President of Leadership and Team Intelligence at Cisco, a group devoted to helping teams and their leaders. His first experiences of teams came as a student musician and conductor, and he grew fascinated by the unspoken understanding between people who play together. With Marcus Buckingham, he co-wrote Nine Lies About Work, published in 2019, and two Harvard Business Review cover stories, including The Feedback Fallacy. Porchlight Books chose his book The Problem with Change as its top title of 2024 for management and workplace culture.
