About James W. Tamm
James Tamm spent most of his career as a senior administrative law judge working for the State of California, with authority over workplace disputes. In that role he mediated school district labor strikes. After leaving the bench, he taught on the faculties of the Stockholm School of Economics (International Management Program), the University of California at Santa Cruz (Leadership Academy) and Harvard University (Talent Development Program). Tamm is President of RC Group, which has trainers certified in Radical Collaboration in almost 30 countries. He gives keynote speeches and collaboration training. His book Radical Collaboration has been published in seven languages, and a second edition came out in December 2019.
