About Jeremy Hurewitz
Hurewitz began his career as a freelance journalist, working for about a decade from Prague and Shanghai. During those years he also built and ran Project Syndicate, an international newspaper association. After returning to his native New York, he moved into corporate security. There he worked with intelligence officers and other former government officials on assignments such as background investigations, political risk advice and executive protection. He has written on foreign policy for a range of publications and serves as a national security policy advisor to the Joseph Rainey Center. He also advises Interfor International, a corporate intelligence firm, as a strategist, and he leads Interfor Academy.
