About Phil M Jones
Phil M. Jones started working at 14, washing cars with a bucket and sponge, and by 15 he had a group of friends working for him. He went on to a career in sales and started his own training and consulting business in 2008. He was named Sales Trainer of the Year at a British sales and marketing awards event in 2013, and he was the youngest person to receive that honor. His book Exactly What to Say is the work he is best known for. He describes his mission as helping great people get better.
