Tom Segev was born in Jerusalem on 1 March 1945. He is an Israeli historian, author and journalist. He has written for the Israeli newspaper Ha’aretz as a columnist. His books include One Palestine, Complete: Jews and Arabs Under the British Mandate and The Seventh Million.
